Whose Products Do We Offer?

Insurance - We only offer products from a limited number of insurers for Life Cover, Critical Illness Cover, Whole of Life, Family Income Benefit and Income Protection Benefit. Ask us for a list of insurers we offer insurance from.

Mortgages - We offer a comprehensive range of products from across the market, but not deals that you can only obtain by going direct to a lender.

Which Service Will We Provide You With?

Insurance - We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs for Life Cover and Critical Illness Cover, Whole of Life, Family Income Benefit, Income Protection Benefit.

Mortgages - We will advise and make a recommendation for you on mortgages after we have assessed your needs.

What Will You Have To Pay Us For This Service?

Insurance - No fee.

Mortgages - The total fee shall not exceed 1.00% of the loan amount or £1995 (whichever is the higher amount). We will receive commission from the lender in addition to the fees you pay. No refund of the fees paid for your Mortgage.

Are We Covered By The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, without any upper limit.

For compulsory classes of insurance, insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim, without any upper limit.

Mortgage advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £50,000, so the maximum compensation is £50,000.
